1. License

1.1. Governing Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between users and Moonfrog regarding use of our social games and related services across mobile applications and branded websites.

The term "Moonfrog" includes affiliates (subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and commonly-owned entities).

1.2. Privacy Policy

Service use is governed by Moonfrog's Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you accept these Terms and consent to information collection, use, and storage per the Privacy Policy.

1.3. Updates to Terms

Moonfrog reserves the right to modify these Terms by posting amendments. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Amended terms become effective 30 days after posting. Disagreement with current policies terminates your licence immediately.

1.4. Limited Licence Grant

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Moonfrog grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited licence for non-commercial entertainment purposes using supported browsers or mobile devices.

Users do not own virtual currency or in-game items — they purchase limited licences to use the Service. Virtual currency balances do not represent real-world credit or stored value.

1.5. Accessing the Service

By accessing the Service, you accept these Terms and Privacy Policy. Users aged 13–17 must have legal guardian review and agreement. Users are responsible for all associated fees (internet, mobile).

1.6. Use of the Service

Users will not use the Service in connection with money laundering, gambling, betting, wagering, or unlawful activities under applicable law. The Service is for entertainment only.

IN THE GAMES TEEN PATTI GOLD, RUMMY GOLD, POKER GOLD, AND ANY OTHER CARD GAMES INTRODUCED FROM TIME TO TIME, YOU MAY WIN OR LOSE VIRTUAL CHIPS. THESE CHIPS HAVE NO REAL CASH VALUE, CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR REAL MONEY OR PRIZES, AND PARTICIPATION IS FREE. THESE GAMES DO NOT OFFER REAL MONEY GAMBLING, WAGERING, OR BETTING. SUCCESS IN SOCIAL CASINO GAMING DOES NOT INDICATE FUTURE REAL-MONEY GAMBLING SUCCESS.

Account Restrictions

You may not:

Create an account if under 13 or below app store age requirements
Allow unauthorised minors to use your account
Maintain multiple accounts per platform or use false identities
Create accounts if previously banned or a convicted sex offender
Use accounts for commercial purposes, spam, or chain letters
Sublicence, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items without written permission
Violate app store or social network terms of service

1.7. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate information and update it promptly. Your user ID, name, and profile picture may be publicly available and search-engine indexed on certain Moonfrog websites.

1.8. Username and Password

Do not share accounts or login information. Notify Moonfrog immediately of any security breach. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

1.9. Licence Limitations

You agree NOT to:

Circumvent or manipulate Terms, game rules, or policies
Use cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, mods, or unauthorised software
Disrupt servers or other players' enjoyment
Attack the Service (virus distribution, denial-of-service attacks)
Gain unauthorised access to accounts, computers, or networks
Post abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Moonfrog employees
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Service component
Collect or harvest private information from other users
Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent
Transmit unauthorised communications (junk mail, spam, malware)
Solicit personal information from users

1.10. Suspension and Termination

Moonfrog may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete accounts or Service access at any time for non-compliance, illegal use, or improper conduct, with or without notice. Users may lose usernames, earned items, and purchased items with no compensation obligation.

To cancel your account, email support@moonfroglabs.com (30-day implementation period).

1.11. Ownership

1.11.1. Games and Service

The Service — including games, code, themes, characters, artwork, animations, sounds, music, and all related content — is copyrighted by Moonfrog Labs Pvt. Ltd. Moonfrog reserves all intellectual property and proprietary rights.

1.11.2. Accounts

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN AN ACCOUNT. ALL ACCOUNT RIGHTS BELONG TO MOONFROG. MOONFROG RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE INACTIVE ACCOUNTS (180+ DAYS).

1.11.3. Virtual Items

Moonfrog owns, licences, or has rights to all Service content. You have no right or title to Virtual Items earned or purchased. Transferring, selling, or exchanging Virtual Items for real money without permission is prohibited and may result in account termination.

1.11.4. User Content

You own your User Content. By transmitting it, you grant Moonfrog and its Affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and commercialise that content. The licence ends when you delete the content or close your account (unless shared with others who haven't deleted it).

2. User Content

2.1. Content Screening

You are entirely responsible for posted or transmitted User Content. Moonfrog may, at its sole discretion, edit, refuse, or remove User Content. Moonfrog may monitor and record interactions including chat and voice. By accepting these Terms you irrevocably consent to such monitoring and recording.

2.2. Responsible for Own Content

You are solely responsible for information you post. Moonfrog may reject, refuse to post, or delete User Content for any or no reason. Report misuse via the Report Abuse feature or Customer Support.

2.3. Disclosure

User information and online communications may be accessed and disclosed: (i) in response to legal process; (ii) to satisfy applicable laws; (iii) for fraud protection; (iv) in emergencies threatening health or safety; (v) to protect Moonfrog's rights or enforce these Terms.

3. Fees and Purchase Terms

3.1. Purchases

You may purchase licences to use Virtual Items with real money or by redeeming game cards.

PURCHASES OR REDEMPTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY VIRTUAL CURRENCY TO ACQUIRE A LICENCE TO USE VIRTUAL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

3.2. Payment of Fees

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Moonfrog may revise pricing at any time.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MOONFROG IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

4. Third Party Advertising

4.1. Advertisements

The Service may feature Moonfrog or third-party advertisements. Third-party advertising disclosure is in the Privacy Policy.

4.2. Bright Data Service Notice

In return for some virtual currency within Ludo Club – Fun Dice Game, you may choose to be a peer on the Bright Data network. You agree to Bright Data SDK EULA terms at https://brightdata.com/legal/sdk-sla. You may opt out by going to Settings and toggling 'Web Indexing' to 'Off'.

5. Copyright Notices / DMCA

Moonfrog follows DMCA policy regarding alleged copyright infringement. Moonfrog reserves the right to terminate user access without notice for repeat infringers.

6. Updates to the Service

Moonfrog may update the Service with or without notification. You may be required to accept updates to continue using the Service.

7. Disclaimers / Limitations / Indemnification

7.1. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7.2. Limitations of Liability

Moonfrog Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, or data). Under permissible law, Moonfrog's liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the 180 days before the claim was asserted.

7.3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonfrog, its Affiliates, Contractors, Employees, Agents, and third-party licensors from claims, losses, damages, and liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

9. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found illegal or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision is ineffective solely to that extent without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

10. General Provisions

10.1. Assignment

Moonfrog may assign these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without Moonfrog's prior written consent.

10.6. Notices

Written notices to Moonfrog must be sent to:

10.8. Force Majeure

Moonfrog is not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes outside reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, floods, network failures, or strikes.
