Audio and Chat Policy v1.0

This policy governs the use of audio and chat interaction features on Moonfrog Labs Private Limited's platforms and applications (www.moonfroglabs.com and device-based platforms). By using our services, you agree to these guidelines. If you find any terms unacceptable, you may discontinue use of the platform.

Moonfrog reserves the right to monitor and censor content shared whether with Moonfrog or its other users, and may record and store audio and other chats for such time as is legally permissible.

Our Commitment

Our platform aims to be inclusive and safe for all players. We have zero tolerance for bullying and harassment involving derogatory remarks concerning race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, cultural background, faith, mental or physical capabilities, or country of origin.

Prohibited Conduct

Harassment

• Trolling or griefing to provoke or disturb another user
• Embarrassing or taunting another player
• Using offensive names or profanity
• Impersonating another user

Severe Harassment

• Threatening physical harm or persistently harassing another person
• Stalking, monitoring, or collecting information to harass or threaten
• Sexually harassing another player
• Discriminating based on age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics

Expected Conduct

Do's

• Provide constructive feedback and engage in supportive dialogue
• Emphasise inclusivity in all interactions
• Respect others' privacy and do not share personal information without consent
• Report policy violations through the appropriate reporting channels
• Be authentic and truthful in your communications
• Engage positively with content (liking, sharing, commenting appropriately)
• Protect your account information and do not share personally identifiable information

Don'ts

• Zero tolerance for bullying, hate speech, or derogatory comments (including content framed as a "joke")
• No spamming in chat or audio channels
• Keep all interactions appropriate and respectful towards all genders, orientations, races, etc.
• No adult content in avatars, profile pictures, or text
• No pornography or nudity
• No off-topic prohibited subjects
• No impersonation or unauthorised account access
• No public shaming or dispute-related harassment
• No organising or promoting violent extremism or glorifying violence
• No cheating or use of unauthorised third-party software
• No sharing of passwords, phone numbers, or home addresses
• No sensitive political or religious material or government secrets
• No spreading misinformation that may cause financial or other harm
• Respect intellectual property rights at all times
• No promoting or glorifying self-harm or suicide
• No contacting blocked users from alternate accounts
• No promoting illegal activities or selling regulated items
• Strictly prohibited: any content that sexualises minors or endangers child safety

Recording Consent

We may record any reported content for internal training and moderation purposes. By using our platform, you consent to such recordings.

False Reporting

We take reports seriously and do not tolerate misuse of our reporting systems. Abuse of these systems may lead to account suspension.
